Automated Daily Backups

Ransomware Protection

If ransomware encrypts your files and syncs them to the cloud, you're still protected. Snapshots are managed at the infrastructure level. they cannot be accessed or deleted by compromised client software.

How Recovery Works

  1. Detect: You or our support team identifies the infection
  2. Isolate: The affected user's sync is paused immediately
  3. Recover: We roll back to the last clean snapshot (usually within hours)
  4. Resume: Once your device is clean, sync resumes automatically

Typical recovery time: under 30 minutes.
